The Power Magic EZ is designed to seamlessly provide power to your BlackVue dashcam whether your engine is running or parked. This ensures continuous surveillance, allowing your dashcam to protect your vehicle even when you’re not around. It’s the simple solution for activating parking mode without complex wiring.
Just like the Power Magic Pro, the Power Magic EZ prioritizes your vehicle’s battery health. It incorporates intelligent timer and voltage cutoff features. Should your car battery voltage drop to a predetermined safe level, the adapter automatically cuts power to your dashcam. This prevents battery drain and ensures you won’t return to a vehicle with a dead battery. Once you start your engine again, the Power Magic EZ instantly resumes power to your dashcam and recording automatically restarts.
For added control, the BlackVue Power Magic EZ includes a convenient override switch. This switch allows you to disable parking mode when needed, for example, if you are parking your car in a safe location like your home garage for an extended period. Importantly, regardless of the override switch position, your dashcam will always power on and record whenever your vehicle’s engine is running, guaranteeing continuous recording during drives.
