Returns and Exchanges: Our Policy for Unused Items
We gladly accept returns on UNUSED merchandise, in its original packaging, within ONE YEAR of purchase.
- Refunds to Original Payment (Within 60 Days): For items returned within 60 days of purchase, in unused condition and original packaging, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. This applies to a wide range of products, from general maintenance parts to performance upgrades you might consider alongside GTI MK7.5 headlights.
- Store Credit (After 60 Days, Within 1 Year): Returns made after 60 days but within one year of purchase, for unused items in original packaging, will be issued as store credit. After 60 days, returns of non-stocked items are at BMP Tuning’s discretion.
- कंडीशन of Returned Products: To be eligible for a return, products MUST be unused and returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING, including all original accessories, labels, and documentation. Tuning Software and Cables: Important Non-Returnable Items
Please note that BMP Tuning does NOT accept returns on any tuning software or tuning cables. This policy is firm and includes, but is not limited to:

- TCU Tunes
- Tuning Cables (e.g., IE POWERlink V4 Flash Cable, APR Ultralink, Unitronic UniCONNECT+ Cable, 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Tuning Cable)
- Plug and Play Tuners (e.g., Burger Motorsports JB4, COBB AccessPort)
These items are non-returnable due to their nature as digital products or specialized tools. This is in contrast to physical parts like GTI MK7.5 headlights which are returnable under the conditions mentioned earlier.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs and Potential Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for both original and return shipping expenses. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Even on items shipped with “FREE shipping,” the actual initial shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
BMP Tuning is not liable for items damaged during return shipping. If an item is damaged in transit back to us, we will contact you so you can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items. However, this fee is WAIVED if you exchange the returned product for other items or opt for store credit. It’s also waived if you received an incorrect product due to our error and the issue cannot be resolved with a correct replacement.
Katapult Orders: Specific Refund Procedures
Katapult, as a payment method, has specific refund limitations. For Katapult orders cancelled before fulfillment, a full 100% refund will be processed directly through Katapult.
For returns on Katapult purchases requiring a partial refund, the refund will be issued as store credit. Restocking fees are waived for Katapult returns. However, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
No Returns on “Scratch & Dent,” “Open Box,” “Used,” or “Special Order” Items
There are absolutely NO RETURNS on any items marked as “Scratch & Dent,” “Open Box,” “Used,” or “Special Order.” These items are sold as-is and are final sale.

If we identify an error on our website or made by a BMP Tuning representative regarding fitment, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return and arrange for shipment of the correct items.

Customer Responsibility for Fitment Verification: Customers are responsible for verifying product applications in the product description before ordering. Damaged/Missing Items in Shipment: Report Within 10 Days
If your package arrives with damaged or missing items, please contact BMP Tuning WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Inspect your deliveries promptly!
Keep all packing materials, boxes, and photos of any damage, as these are necessary for completing a damage claim with the shipping courier. Please note that investigations with couriers like UPS/FED EX can take 8-15 business days, or longer depending on the circumstances.
In the event of damaged or missing items, our policy is to replace the item, not issue a refund. This ensures you receive the correct products you ordered, such as your GTI MK7.5 headlights, in perfect condition.
