This total weight, along with the item subtotal and shipping cost, is clearly displayed under the Order Total header in your cart. We want you to have full transparency, so you’ll see the item subtotal, shipping cost, and the total weight of your order right there. While most items are weighed by their gross weight, larger items might also be assigned a dimensional weight to account for the space they occupy during shipping.

Expected Ship Date and Timelines

We know time is of the essence. Our shipping estimates are provided in business days, excluding weekends and major US holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve. The estimated ship date is clearly communicated throughout your ordering process – as you add items to your cart, in the shopping cart itself, during checkout, and in your order confirmation emails. Estimated Delivery Times to Your Location

Delivery times are estimates that depend on your location within the US and the carrier used. Our priority is to dispatch every order as quickly as possible from our warehouse. Stock Levels Explained

eEuroparts.com provides clear stock designations for every item on our website, ensuring you know the availability of the parts you need. These designations are consistently displayed on search result pages, item detail pages, and in your shopping cart, always located beneath the SKU for easy visibility.

  • In Stock: Indicates that the item is currently available at one of our distribution centers and ready for immediate shipment.
  • Available: These items are available and are likely to ship within two business days. The specific lead-time for each “Available” item is displayed for your information.
  • Back-ordered: These are items that are typically in stock but are currently back-ordered from our suppliers. In most cases, we temporarily stop taking new orders for back-ordered items until our warehouse receives new stock. To receive a notification when a back-ordered part becomes available again, simply sign in to your eEuroparts.com account and add the item to a “My Project.” You will automatically receive an email notification as soon as the part is back in stock and ready for purchase, helping you address issues like those related to an Obd2 Code P0137 as soon as possible.
  • No Longer Available: Items marked “No Longer Available” (NLA) are displayed for informational purposes, primarily for customers who may have purchased them previously. If you see this message, it means we do not currently have a replacement for this particular item. If a replacement were available, you would be automatically redirected to the substitute product.

Shipping to PO Boxes

For customers using PO Box shipping addresses, we will attempt to use USPS whenever feasible. However, please be aware that some larger items exceed USPS size and weight limits. If any items in your order are too large for PO Box delivery, they will be cancelled from your order. In such cases, you will receive an email notification about the cancellation. Alternatively, we may contact you via email to request an alternative deliverable address.
