How to Access the Virtual Stop Counter
Joining our virtual stop counter is straightforward:
- Simply click on the designated Zoom link provided below.

Please be aware that while you are in the waiting room, you will not be able to see the queue length or estimated wait time. Prepare for Your Virtual Stop Counter Visit
To ensure a smooth and efficient virtual stop counter experience, please have your Student Privacy PIN ready before joining the Zoom session. If you are unsure how to locate or set up your PIN, a helpful video tutorial is available here: Student Privacy PIN Tutorial.
If a parent or guardian will be joining you at the virtual stop counter, we highly recommend adding them as a Partner in Education (PIE) in your Pipeline account. This allows us to discuss your student record with your designated partner in accordance with privacy regulations. Adding a Partner in Education is a quick and easy process:
- Log in to PipelineMT.
- Click on the “Registration & Student Records” link.
- Select “Partners in Education (PIE) and Student Privacy” link within the “Academic Records” box.
- Click on “Add/Update/Remove my Partners in Education or Student Privacy Pin” to set up your PIN and add your partners. You will need to provide your name and email, assign yourself a PIN, and provide the Partner’s name and email, and assign them a PIN as well.
